Converted ext paper to internal links for 2005-2009 papers
copied joint Netlab papers to CDS server next and adjust the ext links to int links
everyone can add their papers to the website.

Group page: Asked Gloria & Lijun to add to list of past & present people. Lun has added quite a few via CDS/Netlab/Google pages.

Research page: need to expand.

Complex networks need to update and edit.

Systems biology needs expanding and updating.

Need to define and select "categories".

Need to get group contributing to wiki.

Need to increase internal wiki links and add "categories"

Need to find out how to link "Presentations"

File permisssions last set by Lachlan and Lun July 2007.
